This holiday season, we wanted to ask each of the Hazel & Rose team members what they had their eye on. But first, we wanted to do a fun exercise: an abridged version of The Proust Questionnaire. 

Josie joined the Hazel & Rose team early this past summer, only to be told she had to take a break while we prepped for our move to the North Loop. We are so glad that she had the patience to stick with us, and she's been a part of our Hazel & Rose 2.0 team since August.

Josie is also the General Manager at Keys Cafe, a Twin Cities staple that's been around for over 80 years (seriously - their cinnamon and caramel rolls are legendary). She has an excellent sense of style and is always willing to put looks together for the shop Instagram story. 

What is your current state of mind?

Contemplative.

Who is your favorite fictional hero?

Leslie Knope.

On what occasion do you lie?

Rarely but usually to strangers to move a conversation along.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?

I guess graduating from university, I am the first in my family to have a 4-year degree.

If you could choose an object to come back as, what would you choose?

A plane.

What is your motto, the words you live by or that mean a lot to you?

When you're here, you're family ;)

Who has been the greatest influence on you?

My Dad, he has taught me that life is meant to be lived and it's not just about a job title.
